More on the codes necessary for the Army Breast Cancer

  The FICE code is not the institutional TIN code (the Army
denies that this was their instruction).  After many phone
calls, we found out that the FICE code is an identifier that is
assigned by the NSF.  Yes, it is the "NSF code" that is identified
on the NSF application without some of the zeros.  The FICE code
can be obtained from Richard Bennof at the NSF (703) 306-1772,
ext. 6938.
