At times this group amazes me.  Just yesterday afternoon (4:00ish) I was
discussing the same topic.  We have had requests from faculty for on-line
financial information.  It appears the monthly reporting is inadequate.
Although I am not directly responsible for the reporting, the question will
be raised at a meeting I have scheduled inthe near future.  Hopefully
there will be a change to accomdate our "customers". To date, monthly
reports are available.  There is  not access via computer (static or working)
networking.  Faculty complain they want to see their balance, checkbook
style.  I'm interested in how other institutions have handled this.
