We have just received word of funding of some of these projects, but there
is some boilerplate which no one at UCONN understands.  DOD is asking for
the following:

 CAGE Code - Commercial and Government Entity Code
 FICE Code - Federal Interagency Committee on Education Institution Code
 CED Number - Contractor's Establishment Code

Has anyone been able to decipher this?  Is it absolutely necessary to get
such codes, and if so, how does one go about getting coded?  Can it be ignored?

Any help/insight would be appreciated!
