Are there any other individuals out there whose primary (if not exclusive)
responsibility is administration and compliance on USAID-funded projects?
I am specifically interested in communicating with administrators whose
institutions have multi-year GRANTS (as opposed to Contracts) funded by
USAID (preferably technical assistance, including participant training) but
would welcome talking to anyone who has a particular interest or concern with
USAID funding.
