An update on this thread.  So far the information I have received is as

Again, I think we all need to have an idea of the range of IDC rates
which are in use for clinical trials.  If you send me information
about your institution's policy, I'll be able to develop a more
comprehensive database.  I'm suggesting that you send me the info
directly so as not to flood the list with disconnected messages.  But if
it's easier to respond directly to the list, so be it.
