In response to Arnie Aronoff regarding Mac graphic software:

I think Cricket graph is a good choice.  I still use an older version of Cricket
to produce pie and bar charts for our annual report.  It's easy to use and
easily imported into other programs such as Pagemaker.  Another popular product
is Delta Graph, which offers many more features, but I found it not as flexible.
Spreadsheet programs like Excel also offer graphic capabilities.
