I have a really primitive version of Cricket Graph that I use
 just for this type of stuff.  it is almost idiot proof,
 once you get the hang of it. I'm too cheap to buy the
 newest version.

We would like to produce graphs depicting sponsored project
activity/performance for our institution as a whole and for individual
Divisions and Professional Schools.  These graphs would depict activities
such as proposal and award volume, success rate, etc.

Does anyone have any recommendations on software which would be suitable
for this purpose?  We are a Macintosh-based application environment.

Does anyone have specific experience using CA-Cricket Graph for this
