Introducing:     FACINTL via Emc2/TAO mail and
 PSU.FACULTY.INTERNATIONAL via VM/CMS

INTERNATIONAL EXTERNAL FUNDING FOR RESEARCH, OPPORTUNITIES AND OTHER RELEVANT
INFORMATION:A NEW BULLETIN BOARD  (through Penn State)

The Office of International Cooperative Programs is pleased to offer an
important service to the University community.  A new, internationally focused
bulletin board is available via the Emc2/TAO mail and the Usenet/Netnews
systems. This service has been developed by Patricia Ryan, Ph.D., at Penn
State to disseminate specific information on international opportunities to
the higher education community.

There are two ways to access the available bulletin board -- (1) via Emc2/TAO
mail or (2) Usenet/Netnews systems.

The bulletin board provides information concerning funding opportunities for
all interested in international research opportunities as well as general
information on international conferences, seminars, calls for papers, etc.

Those with authorization to post and read to the Usenet/News system should
address information to PSU.FACULTY.INTERNATION.

To SUBSCRIBE to FACINTL, send the command 'SUB FACINTL your name' (without the
(' ') TO xxxxxx@PSUVM or xxxxxx@PSUVM.PSU.EDU via a mail message (again,
as the first line in the body of the mail, not the subject line).

For example:  SUB FACINTL John Doe
