Marquette University has a research incentive policy that provides for
a return of 20% of the actual amount of indirects.  Depending on the
faculty unit, the return may be split between the College, Department and
faculty member.  Our approved federal IDC rate is 49% modified total
directs.  We use 30% directs on corporate and foundation grants that
allow for indirects.  We get about $775,000 in indirects.
