I may have misinterpreted Arnie Aronoff's question about Internal Office
E-Mail.

Just like Russell Brewer's office, we,too, use Eudora for our regular
E-Mail.  The office is happy with it except for one thing.  We are unable
to tell if the message sent has been read unless the receiver sends an
acknowledgement.
