SRA and NCURA are great Organizations.  Some people find that
one or the other meets their needs more and some like both.  I
belonged to both for 18 years but have gravitated toward SRA,
maybe because I worked in an independant Foundation and then
a medical center.  SRA does offer more diversity in the membership
representing different levels and types of res adm positions and from
many different types of organizations.  NCURA does focus more on
university issues.  Anyway join SRA in Seattle at the annual
Society meeting on October 16-19, 1994!
