I remember reading in NIH Guide late last year that NCI now requires
that an institution get their approval prior to submission of "large"
grants.  I believe that their definition of "large" was >$500K in any
year.  Does anyone know whether any other institutes at NIH also require
this prior approval for large grants?  Anyone have experience with this
process?
