We have several proposals pending that the Army plans to fund, but they have
requested that we reduce the budgets through "cost-sharing".  The individual
at the Army that we have been dealing with is unable to provide us with any
guidelines -- it is all very fuzzy and sounds like general cost reduction.
 Has anyone run into this issue under this research program?  Thanks.
