I just read in the 5/11 Chronicle of Higher Education that the House has passed
a bill requiring universities that apply for grants to certify that their
policies are consistent with federal laws that prohibit universities from
barring military recruiters.  Only, nobody is sure that these federal laws
exist.

Is this for real?  Does anybody have any insight?  Don't the NIH Type Size
Police have enough to do?
