If it's Study Section rosters you're looking for, they can be gotten via
telnet (or other interactive Internet session).

Telnet to TSO.CU.NIH.GOV

When it is open, type LOGON and enter

At INITIALS? prompt, type BB5
At ACCOUNT? prompt, type CCS2
