Does anyone have any words on the issue of fee..ie guidelines that you
might use on when, how much (within guidelines etc) when to waive, negotiating
 points etc...I'm
looking for something to augment the "well that's the way it is" discussion
so that researchers have more heft in understanding the whole idea of
fee...I have some language but it seems thin to me...thanks...geraldine
