I've been using IRIS for faculty funding searches for almost three years
and have been very pleased with the ease of use, support and results.  In
particular, they provide an excellent printed Thesaurus and Thesaurus index
which I have used very successfully sitting with faculty and working through
various options for keywords and areas of interest.  We almost always find
keywords that they would not have thought of and these have lead to some
very good opportunities.
