In response to Michael Ludwick's question, we use SPIN for all of our
searches.  It is updated monthly (option we chose, I think less frequently
is possible).  It is easy to search the 5800+ programs contained in the
database.  We use it in generating our hardcopy newsletter.  I think it is
a good investment, though I don't have a basis for comparing it to similar
products such as IRIS.
