Michigan FOI Limitation Law

The May 4 "Chronicle" has an article on a new law in Michigan which allows
public universities certain additional exemptions to the FOI legislation in
that state. For example, it allows universities to withhold data that is
shared with collaborating industrial researchers. Can someone from Michigan
get hold of the legislation and send it to me, either via this newsgroup,
e-mail, fax or plain old "slow boat to China" U.S. Mail. Thanx.
