Can anyone suggest specific SOFTWARE PACKAGES that are
 available for JOURNAL EDITORS who have to keep track of
 information about authors, manuscript revisions, reviewers'
 comments, who has responded, names, addresses, phone
 numbers, etc.?

 I think I saw a software package advertized at an NCURA
 meeting for small GRANTING AGENCIES who had to keep track of
 similar information regarding GRANT submissions. (Does
 anyone know the name of that software as well?)

 I suppose one could just reinvent the wheel with a PARADOX
 (or similar) database, but I wondered if there was something
 out there already for JOURNAL EDITORS?
