The Texas Engineering Experiment Station uses a system called TEESIS.  The
original product we started with (4-5 years ago) was the Banner System from
SCT Corp.  However, since it is very user friendly, our systems folks have
modified (reprogrammed) it substantially to meet TEES specific needs.  At
this time there is probably only about 20% of the original program
remaining.  The other 80% is our modification/enhancement.

The system does accomodate full proposal/grant tracking from both the
non-financial and financial (purchasing, accounting, etc) points of view.
It's versatility and flexibility are just some of the reasons we're quite
happy with it.
