When negotiating clinical testing agreements have any of your seen an
agreement which includes a clause which requires the faculty member to
participate in the preparation and submission of IND applications, and
other premarket applications, and attend meetings with the FDA and other
agencies re obtaining marketing approval?  I have some concerns about
having this as a requirement of the agreement.  I would appreciate your
experience in this area.  Thank you in advance.
