Does anyone know anything about the grants business in Great Britain?  I've
 been asked to speak at a
luncheon to a group of Welsh and US teacher educators about grant opportunities
 for collaborative work,
e.g. exhanges.  I can handle the grant opportunities in the US, but I don't
 know anything about opportunities
for Brits.  Does anyone?
