As an EEO officer for our division, I think posting research
administration positions on RESADM-L is an excellent way of spreading the
word broadly about nationally accessible positions and therefore
diversifying the applicant pool.  Our Academic Computing/Networking
Services people already publicize their available positions on Internet...
An announcement might include:
 position title,
 organization,
 type of appointment,
 position description,
 eligibility requirements,
 application procedures and deadlines,
 contact person for questions* (phone, fax, e-mail),
 and EEO statement.

* I wonder if there wouldn't be more questions, probably via e-mail,
because of the more casual nature of e-mail?
