Gee Spanky, you really do stir the murk!

I don't know, holding out a job op to a qualified scientist on one
of our existing grants would not be likely to endear us to the
Principal Investigators we serve.That would be akin to cutting
out job ops we see in Science or the Chronicle and sending them
on to scientific staff we know to be qualified.

I hate to keep making the analogy to the printed word, but I think
its valid
