Dear Group -

I agree post the jobs and list the name of the formal contact person.  If the
person posting the position is not the formal contact, let the group know
if the person posting the announcement can be contacted.

The more jobs posted the better chance we have of finding good applicants
when we need them (not to mention possibly finding something for ourselves).
