I thing that RESADM-L would be an appropriate place for INSTITUTIONS
to place available openings.  Knowing more about what other institutions
require in terms of experience, etc might prove of interest to others and those
not interested can simply delete the information, much like throwing
away one of the numerous job opening notices received in the mail
by virtue of being on the NCURA or SRA mailing list.

What I would not want to see is INDIVIDUALS posting job-seeking notices

I too would very much like to hear others opinions on this.
