NSF has all its forms available now on the STIS system.  They're free for the
downloading.  For anybody who doesn't know how to get to STIS, just telnet to
stis.nsf.gov.  For anybody who doesn't know how to telnet, get in touch with
your computing folks.  There's also a dialup number (you pay long distance
access): 202/357-0359.  Login as "public".  You can get documents via e-mail or
ftp.  Or get there through the NSF Gopher server (port 70 of stis.nsf.gov).

Geez -- I'm really NOT a computer technoid.  Really.
