In response to Garry  Sanders' question regarding Kirtland Air Force
Base, I don't have any direct contacts any more, but it sounds to me
like there may not be a problem there, but with the prime under which
he received the subaward.  The problem with Kirtland is that it is
the Air Force Weapons Laboratory--tough to get these restricted clauses
changed if they are in the prime.
