What procedures do your institutions use for monitoring foreign subrecipients
of federal funds?
Under PCIE Position Statement all foreign nonprofit subrecipients receiving
$25,000 or more annually in federal pass-through awards should be audited
under A-133..
If you have been required to have an audit, who selected and contracted
with the auditor (primary or subrecipient)?  Who absorbed the cost?
Do you have guidelines?
