Our language regarding A-133 in subcontracts under federal funding
states

The Contractor shall comply with federal OMB Circular A-133 or A-128, as
appropriate, which establish audit requirements for recipients and subrecipient
s of federal funds.  Copies of audit reports shall be provided to HRI within 30
 days after completion of the audit"   When we deal with for-profits in
a subcontracting arrangement, we strike this language, but we do retain
the right to inspect books and records, etc.
