Doug Wikerson recently contacted me about the possibility of getting
the PHS Grants Policy Statement electronically (he was hoping
I might have it along with A-110, but unfortunately, A110 is the
only one I have been able to get electronically...so far).  I put
in a call to the NIH this morning and apparently they do have
the manual electronically and they are planning to make it
available through the various Institutes (I believe they may
also be making it available on GOPHER).  Joellen Harper is going
to contact me later today and give me more details on electronic
availability.  Since all of us may not have GOPHER access, I will
specifically try to find out what the possibility of diskette distribution
is...

I will keep you all posted on what I find out.
