Another reminder since we've added about 25 new members since my
last note on this.  When responding to messages on RESADM-L do NOT
use the "reply" function on your e-mail.  The mailer on RESADM-L
cannot resolve the multiple TO and FROM fields that end up appearing
in the text of the reply message when the original message is
tacked on ...
