Another technical note - (upon return from a recent business trip I was
flooded with RESADM-L errors that I am now addressing, so bear with me)

If you are going to have a change in your e-mail address, please
unsubscribe from RESADM-L from your existing address (before it no
longer works) and resubscribe under your new address when it becomes
active. Otherwise, RESADM-L can't find you when your address changes
and the LISTSERVER won't accept mail from your new address in order
to allow you to cancel your old one!  Remember, all subscription
commands and un-sub commands should be sent to the xxxxxx@ALBNYDH2.BITNET,
NOT to RESADM-L!
