At Ohio State, clinical trials are charged 12%TDC, but only for human
clinical trials.  We do not extend the same option to our Vet school.
Our regular research rate is 46%MTDC (on campus).
  For private industry, we make an exception only for the Ag Experiment
Station, which can use any rate, up to 46%MTDC, at the discretion of the
Dean of Ag.
  Because of the Federal cap being imposed on indirect cost recovery
for next year, the above reductions in allowable recovery are being
reviewed.
