We too try to get 25% MTDC on clinical trials but have found that most of
the time we can only get 20%.  Our federal rate is 33.87% MTDC (Yes, it is
very low!)

We also have  local industry rate of 15%.  In spite of my faculty members
attempts to convince me that we live in a global village, I've held the
line at Ohio based companies.  That rate is for the first two years only.
