Dear Research Administrators,

Is there anyone on our bulletin board that actually renewed their BEST-
North America membership or knows of an institution that did?  I would be
interested in hearing their reasons for paying $6K for the service.  Maybe
they could persuade me that I made a mistake by recommending not to
renew Wright State's membership.
