I would like to know what office provides tuition support for GRAs on grants.
We use tuition support as part of our contribution on a proposal but with costs
escalating it appears that we cannot be so generous.  Do you request tuition in
 the grant application, do you have a fringe benefit rate of say 4% that covers
 tuition?  How is this handled?
