The sections of the CBD that are included are A-Research and Development;
B-Special Studies and Analyses, not R&D; H-Quality Control, Testing and
Inspection Services; U-Education and Training Services; and Special Notices.
The information is put online daily. Celia Walker and I both use it as our
sole primary source of CBD procurement information. It is very convenient
because you can send it to a word processor for formatting and I will cut
and paste into MSMail and send out notices electronically.
I'm not very impressed with the Federal Register service. They don't post
until they get their copy through "snail" mail and then it's only an
abstract. Personally, I don't think it's worth it and I've used it only
once. They also plan on offering the NIH Guide, but I don't think that is
necessary because you can get it free through Gopher anyway.

Does IRIS provide access to Federal Register and/or CBD?
