UMAB has received several applications back because of not complying with
type size, number of pages, too many lines, you name it we have broken all
the rules.  We constantly remind our faculty and departmental administrators
of the importance of reading the instructions and making sure that the correc
type size is used, etc.  In several instances we were successful in having
the revised application accepted for the original deadline, but I believe we
have had to wait until the next cycle in at least one instance.  Marjorie
