Thanks Randall for posting the COGR summary.  For some reason significant
sections  of your posted text file got chopped off in the final note
that ended up in my e-mail.

Did anyone else experience the same problem or is this a fluke in
my e-mail system?

The one item that did get cut off is the $ threshold for signifcant
interest -- was the $5,000 that was cited in my note the same in the
COGR summary?
