I plan to re -post my item on A110 as well as a additional info we have
received on our question from OMB.  Our internal system makes re-posting
notes to a listserver somewhat complicated (i.e. probably faster to
retype the whole thing!)

Also, anyone else out there who has not seen a response to a posted
question --repost! We are adding members every day.  42 to date.

I noted, we were not mentioned in the recent issue of SRA NEWS, but
since I didn't get word to them until early December, I am not suprised.
Hopefully, they will include something in the next edition.
