These are the terms and conditions for institutions participating in the
Federal Desmonstration Project. At this time nine federal agencies
participate in this program with +/- 200 schools involved. As a
participant in FDP, NSF has apparently volunteered/agreed to put the FDP
documents on-line. What is published on STIS is the 9/93 update of the
general T&Cs and "agency specific" requirements to the general T&Cs. The
nine feds involved are AFOSR, ARO, ONR, EPA, NASA, NIH, NSF, USDA, DOE.
