The terms and conditions for the FDP were revised last
September.  NSF has a new FDP agency specific requirement
that go into effect on January 15, 1994.  NSF now requires that
grantee  should ensure that the PI or Project
Director receives a copy of the award conditions, including:  the
award letter, the budget, the general terms and conditions, any
specific terms and conditions, and any subsequent changes
in the award conditions.
These conditions are made available by NSF on the STIS.

Hence, at UTD we are going to download the latest fdp terms off
of STIS and put them on the Office of Sponsored Projects portion of
the Gopher server.
