We just ordered Rief-Lehrer's book (Second Edition) and as I understanded
the updating Spanky refers to is in process with the Third Edition due
out in the next few months.   She also gives on-site seminars.  We had
one here about 8 years ago which predates my arrival, but I understand
it was well received.  We are considering having one this year.
