The University of Massachusetts Medical Center (Worcester) has an indirect
cost rate of 57% MTDC (26% off campus).

Your best source for rates is to contact Rick Rhoads in the Grants Section at
the Division of Financial Management at NIH (301-496-5287).  Upon request, he
will send you a print out of all or some of the rates depending on what it is
you are looking for.  He's very reliable!
