Re: electronic access to the FR.

Texas A&M University - College Station Campus, recently signed on with
Counterpoint Inc to get FR and CBD via Gopher  (also available via FTP,
NNTP or WAIS).  The cost varies - for more info you can "talk" to  the
Counterpoint folks at xxxxxx@internet.com or call (800) 998-4515.

I'm sure there are other ways, vendors, etc. -- this is simply the one TAMU
chose.  Can't wait to see if/when the GPO comes out with a version.
