The final revision to A-110 was published in the Federal Register on
November 29 (58 FR 62992) - I would appreciate hearing thoughts about the
potential impacts, etc. [if any] of this revision after all have had a
chance to review it.  Are there any inconsistencies with A-102 which might
case difficulty for state institutions.
