Greetings,

I wonder if any of the members of this list could share experiences with
computer-generated application forms. I am thinking especially of PHS398.
The forms from Univ of Washington are very good, but they are designed for
WinWord, and most of my colleagues use Wordperfect 5.1/5.2.

By the way, I have developed spreadsheet/budget pages for 398 that run
under QuatroPro for Windows. If anybody wants to evaluate them, I'd be happy
to send the file.
