Our laboratory here in Albany has recently gone through a surge
of recruitment of new scientific staff along with a major facilities
expansion.  We have been asked to do a workshop specifically directed
to first time grantseekers.  We have done plenty of similar workshops
for our long term staff, but this one is going to need a different
focus.  Has anyone out there conducted such a workshop and might
you have some materials, resources, etc that would be useful to us in coming up
with new ideas, approaches to the subject?
